Returns Policy OUTSIDE of the USA

Customer is responsible for shipping all returns/exchanges back to Tmbr.Please follow the instructions below for INTERNATIONAL RETURNS.

Contact customer support at hello@tmbrs.com with the subject line "Return for order #(your order number)". We will respond to you within 1-2 business days.

Returns will be accepted within 30-days after the order has been received by the customer. Product must be in original condition and packaging to be accepted.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the return/exchange to be fully processed once received.

FAQ

Do you make customized items?

Yes. We make custom engraved watches and phone cases. For watches we can only engrave text, but for cases we can engrave text or engrave images. When adding an item to your cart, make sure that the item says “custom” or “engraved” somewhere in the listing, OR when you add an item to the cart you can choose “upgrade this item,” to order the item with an engraving.

Can you engrave sunglasses?

No. We do not offer engravings for our sunglasses.

Can you engrave the leather/wood combo cases or the folio cases?

No. We do not engrave either of these items.

Do your cell phone cases have a lip on them?

Yes, all of our cases have a slight lip to protect the phone. For example, if you set your phone face down on the table the with case on it, the screen will not touch. However, keep in mind that all of our cases are meant to be minimalist so they do not have a significant lip around the edge of the phone.

Why do some pictures of the Burly watches look darker in color or with less grain than others?

Because our watches are made of wood, it makes each and every watch unique even if it is made of the same type of wood. Before ordering, please look through all of the pictures so you can see what variety of grains you could receive so you know what to expect when you open up your package.

Are your watches waterproof?

Our watches are not meant to be submerged in water. A little water here and there from standard wear from things like hand washing, etc. will not damage the watch. Our bands are leather, and although they are waterproof, it does not mean they will not get water marks on them if they get wet just like all other leather products.

Do your products have any warranty?

We are happy to provide a full warranty on our products if you are within the given time frames:

  • Phone cases: 30 days
  • Watches: 90 days
  • Sunglasses: 90 days

We do not offer replacements/refunds on custom orders unless there is a mistake made on our end. Make sure you spell check on engraved orders to ensure we make your item just as you want it.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS:

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer free standard shipping anywhere in the U.S.; we use USPS as our standard shipping service. Priority shipping costs $6.50. Shipping internationally costs $9.00.

How long will it take if I order a customized/engraved item?

Our customized orders take 3-4 days for processing/engraving. On top of that, shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days if you live in the U.S.

How can I get my item shipped faster?

We are happy to ship your order with priority shipping if you choose it at checkout, we aim to get your orders out as soon as possible so if you send us a message asking us to change the shipping to priority, sometimes we have already shipped the item out with out standard shipping and will not be able to change the shipping service.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to many international destinations including the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Australia and Canada. We currently do not ship to Asia or South America due to packages frequently getting lost while in transit to these destinations. If you provide an address that we do not ship to, we will always contact you to see if there is an alternate address we could ship your order to prior to canceling and refunding your order.

Can I return an item if I don’t like it?

Absolutely. We are happy to return any unused items with the original packaging. Please send us an email prior to returning and we will give you the details on how to return the item properly.

Do you guarantee screen protection from using your cases or tempered glass?

No we do not. The tempered glass and phone cases offer protection for your phone device but do not guarantee that any damage may occur if the phone is dropped and becomes broken.

Do you offer any promotions?

We do offer promotions via email if you are on our email list. ALSO, just for signing up for the email list you will receive a 10% off code to use on your first purchase.
