RETURNS POLICY IN THE USA
Customer is responsible for shipping all returns/exchanges back to Tmbr.
Returns will be accepted within 30-days after the order has been received by the customer. Product must be in original condition and packaging to be accepted.
Contact customer support at hello@tmbrs.com with the subject line "Return for order #(your order number)". We will respond to you within 1-2 business days.
You may return all new, *non-custom items within 30-days of delivery for a *full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We do not accept returns for refunds on Collaboration or Artisan Cases (ie. Sam Larson Cases). We will only issue Store Credit on these cases.
*Non-custom orders are all orders that you did not provide us with additional requirements to complete your order. Monogram & Custom Cases, Engraved Watches and Engraved Sunglasses are considered custom orders and cannot be returned for a refund.
*Full refund does not include any upgraded shipping costs. If you upgrade your shipping from our Free Shipping option, that shipping cost will not be refunded to you.

Customer is responsible for shipping all returns/exchanges back to Tmbr.Please follow the instructions below for INTERNATIONAL RETURNS.
Contact customer support at hello@tmbrs.com with the subject line "Return for order #(your order number)". We will respond to you within 1-2 business days.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the return/exchange to be fully processed once received.

WARRANTY
Tmbr offers the following limited manufacturer warranty, from the date of purchase, on any defects caused by our manufacturing process and materials.
- Sunglasses - 12 Months (365 Days)
- Watches - 12 Months (365 Days)
- Phone Cases - 12 Months (365 Days)
The warranty does NOT cover normal wear and tear, stolen, batteries, dropped, lost, theft or broken from any other misuse from the user. Tmbr is NOT liable for any damages that their products offered on Tmbrs.com may cause from using the product. Tmbr has full discretion as to what may or may not qualify as a manufacture defect. We will not accept a claim or repair request if there is obvious excessive misuse and wear of your item.
This does not mean that you can abuse your item expect us to fix it at no cost.
Watch warranties are void if watch back has been opened, or watch has been submerged in water. Sunglasses warranties are void if lenses have been removed and attempts to place prescription lenses.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty and services.
SHIPPING
International Orders: When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the weight of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. For an up-to-date status of your order, you can enter the tracking number that we have provided in your account through the USPS Website.
IMPORT TAXES/DUTIES
Please take note that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country. Payment for these fees is the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be coveed by tmbrs.com. Please check with your local customs.
